1. Information we collect | At member registration and purchase, we collect your name, name in kana (phonetic reading), nickname, telephone number, email address, prefecture, date of birth and occupation. Postal code, address and gender are optional. When you order goods for delivery, we collect the delivery details (name, address and telephone number); when you receive a refund by bank transfer, we collect the bank account for the refund. When you log in with a Google or LINE account, we receive from that service an identifier for you and your email address. When you use the service, we record your IP address, browser type, login date and time, and device type. We do not collect your Individual Number (My Number), the name of your employer or your family composition. Credit card numbers never pass through our servers and are not collected.

2. Purposes of use | (a) Selling, issuing and delivering tickets and goods, and admission checks (b) Urgent notices about event cancellations or changes, and notices such as payment deadlines (c) Issuing receipts and refunds (d) Sending recommended events if you have agreed (e) Statistical analysis (including showing it to organizers and artists in a form that does not identify individuals) (f) Preventing illegal resale and misuse, and identity verification (g) Responding to inquiries.

3. Provision to organizers and artists | (a) For admission and operation of an event, we provide the following information about customers who purchased tickets to the organizer of that event: name, name in kana, nickname, ticket type, number of tickets, entry number, names of companions, age and zodiac sign (eto) on the event date, a mark indicating under 20, the performer you came to see, payment method (amount to be collected at the venue) and entry status. (b) As a list of customers who purchased tickets for their events, organizers can see name, nickname, number of events purchased, number of events attended, number of tickets, amount paid (face value), and first and most recent attendance dates. (c) For delivery or handover of goods at the venue, we provide the name, delivery address and telephone number of the order to the artist of those goods (with your consent at purchase). (d) Telephone number, email address, exact date of birth, gender, occupation and address (except for goods delivery) are not provided to organizers or artists. Answers to purchase surveys are shown to organizers only as counts that do not identify individuals.

4. Stopping emails | You can stop email delivery at any time from the settings screen. Emails include a one-click unsubscribe link.

5. Security measures | To prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal data, we take the following measures. (a) Organizational: we define the staff and permissions for handling personal data, and record and review admin operations in audit logs. (b) Human: staff are bound by confidentiality and trained in data handling. (c) Physical: servers and backup equipment are kept where only authorized persons can access them, and taking storage media out is restricted. (d) Technical: names, telephone numbers, addresses and bank account numbers are stored encrypted, and all communication is encrypted. Admin logins require two-step verification, and backups are encrypted. Credit card numbers never pass through our servers and are not retained. (e) Understanding the external environment: when we entrust handling of personal data to businesses in foreign countries, we check the personal information protection system of that country and take the necessary measures (see 9 and 10).

6. Procedures for requests such as disclosure | You (or your legal representative or an agent you have appointed) may request notification of the purposes of use, disclosure (including records of provision to third parties), correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure and suspension of provision to third parties of the personal data we hold about you. (a) Where to send: the email address of the contact point below. (b) How: send the details of your request from your registered email address. We verify your identity by checking against your registered information (and, if necessary, a copy of an identity document). For requests by an agent, please send a document showing the authority to act (such as a power of attorney). (c) Fee: free of charge. (d) Response: after verifying your identity, we respond without delay, in principle by email. (e) Withdrawal: you can withdraw from My page; on withdrawal, we delete personal information or make it impossible to identify individuals, except for transaction records that must be retained by law.

7. Contact | BeeeLink Inc. ([email protected]). For our address and other details, please see the notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

8. Usage records and fraud prevention | (a) For news emails sent with your consent, we record whether the email was opened and whether a link in it was followed (by loading an image in the email and routing links through our site), in order to improve our mailings. Once you unsubscribe, no further records are made. We do not record this for transactional emails such as purchase confirmations or password resets. (b) To prevent bulk buying, unauthorized resale and the fraudulent use of other people's credit cards, we may review purchase activity (the number of tickets bought for the same event, the interval between purchases, the number of transfers, overlaps in registered phone numbers and addresses, and an identifier received from our payment processor indicating that the same card was used). We do not obtain card numbers. Where we restrict use as a result, a member of our staff reviews the case before doing so.

9. Provision and entrustment to third parties in foreign countries | To the extent necessary to provide the service, we entrust handling of personal data to the following businesses in foreign countries (country in parentheses). (a) Square, Inc. (credit card payments; United States) (b) Amazon Web Services, Inc. (sending email with Amazon SES; United States) (c) Cloudflare, Inc. (delivering live streaming video; United States) (d) Google LLC (map display, location lookup from addresses, Google login, Google Pay; United States) (e) Functional Software, Inc. (error logging with Sentry; United States; configured not to send personal information such as names) (f) Browser push notification services (Google, Apple, Mozilla, etc.; if you choose to receive push notifications; United States).

10. Personal information protection systems in foreign countries | The United States, where the above businesses are located, has no comprehensive federal law equivalent to Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, but has sector-specific federal laws and state laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act). Information on each country's system is available in the "Survey on personal information protection systems in foreign countries" on the website of the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan. Through contracts and terms of use with each business, we have them take measures consistent with the purpose of the Act (such as limiting the purposes of handling, security management and control of subcontracting), and we check the status regularly.

11. Retention period | Member information is retained until you withdraw. Even after withdrawal, transaction records such as orders, payments, refunds and receipts are retained for the period required by tax and other laws (in principle 7 years). Records for investigating misuse (audit logs and login records) are retained for the necessary period and then deleted. Delivery addresses for goods are retained for the period necessary for shipping and handling inquiries.

12. External transmission | On our site, information may be sent from your device to external businesses for payments, maps, videos, live streaming and so on. The recipients, the information sent and the purposes are listed on the "External transmission" page.
