Organizer of each event

The content and holding of each event are the responsibility of the Organizer of that event. The name of the Organizer is displayed on the detail page of each event.

売買契約は当社とお客様の間で成立します。当社は主催者から販売の委託を受けた販売者として、代金の収受、電子チケットの発行、返金、お問い合わせ・苦情への対応を行います（利用規約 第7条・第8条）。

グッズの販売

グッズは、各アーティストのページで販売します。売買契約は当社とお客様の間で成立し、当社が販売者として、代金の収受、返金、お問い合わせ・苦情への対応を行います。

商品の発送、および公演の会場でのお渡しは、そのグッズのアーティストが行います。発送・お渡しのため、お客様のお名前・お届け先・電話番号を、そのアーティストへ伝えます（購入時に同意をいただきます）。

E-ticket

Selling price

The price for each ticket type displayed on the detail page of each event (tax included). The amount includes the drink charge required at the venue.

Charges other than the product price

System fee: 5% of the ticket price (tax included; fractions of less than 1 yen rounded up)

Ticketing fee: 110 yen per ticket (tax included)

Both are displayed on the purchase screen together with the total amount.

Communication charges required for internet access are borne by the Customer.

Purchase quantity limits

There is an upper limit on the number of tickets of each ticket type that can be purchased in a single order, which is displayed on the purchase screen.

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club)

Pay at venue (only for events for which the Organizer accepts it): please pay at the reception desk of the venue on the day of the event. The Company entrusts the receipt of the price to the Organizer. No system fee or ticketing fee applies to Pay at venue.

Bank transfer (only for events where the organizer accepts it): please transfer to the account we show you after you apply.

Convenience store payment (KOMOJU; available for events that accept credit cards, for applications made up to 3 days before the event starts): choose a store on the KOMOJU payment screen and pay at the store using the number on the payment slip. The system fee and the ticketing fee apply, as with credit cards.

Time of payment

Credit card: payment is confirmed at the time of the order. Billing by the card company is subject to the rules of each card company.

Pay at venue: please pay upon entry on the day of the event.

Bank transfer: please transfer by the deadline shown on the application screen and in our email. We issue the e-ticket after confirming the payment. If we cannot confirm the payment by the deadline, the application is cancelled.

Convenience store payment: please pay at the store within 3 days of applying (by the deadline shown on the application screen and in our email). We issue the e-ticket after confirming the payment. If payment is not made by the deadline, the application is cancelled automatically and the payment slip can no longer be used.

Validity period of an order

Please complete payment within 10 minutes after the seat (stock) is reserved. After the time limit, the reservation is automatically released.

If you choose bank transfer or convenience store payment, the seats are held until the respective payment deadline. If you win a lottery, the seats are held until the payment deadline stated in the notice of your win.

Time of delivery

Immediately after payment is completed, we issue the E-ticket (QR code) to your My page and send a purchase confirmation email.

On the day of the event, please present the E-ticket at the entrance of the venue.

Cancellations and returns

Due to the nature of tickets, we cannot accept cancellations, changes or refunds for customer convenience (a Pay at venue order can be cancelled from My orders before the event starts, and a bank transfer or convenience store payment order can be cancelled before payment).

If the event is cancelled, we refund the full amount of the ticket price, the system fee and the ticketing fee to the credit card used for payment (for orders paid by bank transfer or at a convenience store, we transfer it to a bank account you designate; please enter the refund account in My page).

If the event is postponed, you can enter the postponed event with the same ticket. Refunds for those who cannot attend on the rescheduled date are subject to the announcement for each event.

Prohibition of resale

Reselling a purchased ticket at a price exceeding its selling price (unauthorized resale of specified entertainment event tickets) is prohibited by law.

グッズ（アーティストのショップ）

Selling price

各アーティストのページのグッズ欄に表示する価格（税込）。

受け取り方

商品ごとに、「配送」「公演の会場で受け取り」のどちらか、または両方から選べます（商品のページに表示します）。

会場で受け取る場合は、そのアーティストが出演する公演の中から、受け取る公演を購入時に選びます。

1回のご注文で、配送する商品と会場で受け取る商品を、まとめて購入できます。

Charges other than the product price

送料：商品ごとにアーティストが設定し、各商品のページ（カートに入れる前）に税込で表示します。金額は0円〜1,500円の範囲です（送料無料の商品もあります）。

沖縄県・離島へのお届けは、商品ごとに表示する沖縄県・離島の送料となる場合があります。金額は0円〜3,000円の範囲です。

1回のご注文に配送する商品が複数ある場合、送料はそのうち最も高いもの1回分のみいただきます。会場で受け取る商品に、送料はかかりません。

お支払いの前に、送料を含めた合計金額を表示します。

会場で受け取る場合、その公演への入場には、別途その公演のチケットが必要です。

Time of delivery

配送：ご注文（お支払いの完了）から14日以内に発送します。予約販売・受注生産の商品は、各商品のページに記載した時期に発送します。発送後、お届けまでは通常2〜5日程度です（地域・配送状況により前後します）。

会場で受け取り：購入時にお選びいただいた公演の当日、その会場でお渡しします。マイページの「グッズのご注文」の画面（注文番号）をお見せください。

Returns and exchanges

お客様のご都合による返品・交換・受け取る公演の変更はお受けできません。

商品に不良・破損があった場合、またはご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品の到着後（会場で受け取った場合は受け取り後）7日以内に上記メールアドレスへご連絡ください。送料は当社負担で、良品との交換または返金にて対応いたします。

お選びいただいた公演が中止・延期になった場合、またはアーティストがその公演に出演しなくなった場合は、当社からご連絡のうえ、別の方法でのお渡し（配送など）または返金にて対応いたします。

How to use

From an artist page, an event page or your E-ticket after entry, you can choose a gift and send it to an artist as support. When you send it, one YELL of the face value of that gift is used.

You can exchange them for smaller denominations as long as the total face value does not change (e.g. one 10,000 YELL → two 5,000 YELL).

Cancellations and refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept cancellations or returns after purchase.

YellGift cannot be refunded or converted into money for customer convenience, nor transferred to other Members. Gifts that have been sent cannot be cancelled either.

Where a refund is required under laws and regulations (such as upon termination of the Service), we will provide the refund by the method specified by the Company.
